Return & Refund Policy – Rave Safe Kits

At Junasty, we’re all about making your rave experience as smooth as your favorite bass drop. We stand by our products and our customer service is 100% human and here for you—so if something’s not right, just reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s how our return and refund process works:

📦 What’s Eligible for a Return?

To qualify for a return:
✔️ The kit must be in its original condition—nothing used, nothing opened.
✔️ All small products and holographic group bags must be completely intact and sealed.
✔️ The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect (we do not accept returns for change of mind).

🚫 What’s NOT Eligible?

We can’t accept returns if:
The kit or any of its contents have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
You simply changed your mind—since these are safety-related products, all sales are final unless there’s an issue with your order.

📦 Refund & Replacement Process

  1. If Your Rave Safe Kit Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

If the entire kit has issues, follow these steps:

  1. Email us immediately (same day as delivery) at info@junasty.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect kit and packaging
  2. We will reply within 24 hours to confirm the next steps.
  3. If your return is approved:
    • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (Junasty covers return shipping).
    • You will need to print the label and send the kit back to us.
    • Once we receive the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 30 days.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. If a Small Item in the Kit is Damaged or Missing

If only a single small item is damaged or missing (e.g., test strips, vial, baggie, etc.), follow these steps:

  • Email us within 14 calendar days of delivery at info@junasty.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
  • We will reply within 24 hours to confirm the next steps.
  • If approved, we will send you a replacement item via courier—no need to return the full kit.
  1. If Your Order Was Lost in Transit

If your Rave Safe Kit was never delivered due to being lost by the courier, follow these steps:

  • Notify us immediately by emailing info@junasty.com with your order number
  • We will investigate the issue with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost:
  • You are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs, or
  • You may request a replacement kit at no additional charge
  • If the package was not actually lost and is eventually delivered, our standard return policy will apply.

🌍 International Orders

Our return policy applies worldwide, but please keep in mind that shipping fees are often high. If you experience an issue, we’ll always try to find a fair and cost-effective solution for you.

Important Notes

  • Issues must be reported same day as delivery for full kit returns. Late reports will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We do not accept returns for used, opened, or damaged products that were not defective upon arrival.
